Had my ford f-150 truck worked on to stop low tire warning and it clocked and av driven did not work. Bass did a great job of fixing these issues, however on the ride home after picking it up, I realized the radio and cd player did not work. They replaced the battery so not sure if a radio hookup or resetting something is the issue so I will have to take it back to get the radio and time display working again. I called John and he advised to bring it back in at my convenience .That is the only reason I did not give 5 stars but Bass treats customers well and is great at communicating along the way.Heather was great and Phillip.

Bass tire shop is iconic. They are fast, knowledgeable, and care deeply about the customer experience. I learned about them ten years ago word of mouth. Their customers are their main source of advertisement because they do things well and they treat people right.

Best place in Nashville. There are so many tire shops in the area and I was debating on which one to use for my trailer tires. Bass Tire was the best choice and would recommend to anyone. The staff truly goes above and beyond. I couldn't come get my trailer same day so the stored it in their shop for me overnight. I won't go anywhere else for Tires ever again in Nashville! Bass Tire just got a for-life customer

Excellent experience here! I asked for a full inspection before a long cross-country drive. They found an issue I hadn't even realized I had, and now my car is handling so much better. The price felt very fair, and every employee was so kind and respectful. It can be intimidating to go to a mechanic as a single woman, but I didn't feel any of that here. Thanks y'all!
